Putian Hanjiang Hualin Vegetable Base was founded in 1982,after more than ten years' development, it has set up Putian Hanjiang Hualin Vegetable Base and Putian Hanjiang Northern Vegetable Co., Ltd. in 1993. Now it was a large modernized agribusiness specialized in producing and marketing various non-environmental pollution vegetables.
In 2003, Hualin Vegetable Base has 5260 mu of perennial vegetable Bases, 4000 mu of seasonal bases and more than 10800 mu of multiple cropping area. In addition, more than 1000 households with 12000 mu of vegetable bases are attached our Base. Annual output of non-environmental pollution vegetables is more than 60000 tons. Our Base are honored as Putian leading enterprise of non-environmental pollution vegetables, Fujiang Advanced Unit in agricultural sci-tech popularization and Top Ten Marketing Base of Putian Agricultural Industrialization. In May 2002, our base obtained the Certificate of the Mark for National non-environmental pollution vegetables. In Agu.2003, we obtained the title as leaing enterprise in Fujiang agro-pastoral system etc.
As a large modernized agribusiness, Hualin Vegetable Base pursues the model of "Company+ Base" and" Base+farmer". The products are being sold to Russia, Mongolia, Korea, Japan, S. Korea and Hong Kong, also are popular in domestic Markets. Annual sales amount is more than 80 million Yuan. The base earns foreign exchange of USD 6 million yearly. Hualin vegetable base has 9-year history of exporting various non-environmental pollution vegetables to Russian. Base on its standardized processing and non-environmental polluted disease control technology, the products all reach the demand of non-environmental pollution. Hualing vegetable base is a share-holding and cooperative Enterprise. Now there are more than 1600 staffs at present among them, more than 30 staff member with education of college degree or above, 16 personnel with the title of agronomist and engineer, 16 technicians with education of technical secondary school, 10 farmer-technicians. Our Base engaged in vegetable scientific and technological research cooperation for a long term with Fuzhou vegetable scientific institute and agro-pastoral technological research institute of Mongolia Cashmere Company.
Our Base introduces more than 40 new varieties of vegetable every year on average and more than 5 new agricultural technology. We can provide with more than 60000 tons of high quality vegetable to domestic and international customers. This year, our base has invested more than 60 million to set about preparing to establish processing workshop of clean vegetable and refrigerator for keeping fresh.
