April 25th 1996 saw the founding of Wuzhou Excellence Foodstuffs(Group) Co., Ltd., Which was reorganized on the basis of Wuzhou Foodstuffs Company under the Law of Company and marked a great stride towards modem intensive management.
Wuzhou Excellence Foodstuffs (grout) Co., Ltd., being one of the state major enterprises of second class, is the key enterprise of wuzhou Excellendce Foodstuffs Group as well as the management organ of the Group. It has been authorized to deal with all the state assets of every enterprise of the Group.
This Group is managed by the general manager under the leadership of the Board of Directors. It's main function organ consists of ten departments such as Finance Department, Personel and Labour-Capital Department, Motive Power Department, Import & Export Business Department. This Group deals in a wide range such as collagen casing, sausage and other dry or roast meat products,medicines, drinks and restaurants.
The total asset of the Enterprise is 153 million yuan while the fixed asset 96.24 million yuan, There are more that 1500 workers and staff members in it.
