KWP-45 wafer production line is designed according to the advanced experience of the same machines international. Its capacity could reach 1160kg/8h. The total line is composed of syrup mixing system, automatic wafer baking machine, wafer sheet cooler, spreading machine and laminator, cutting machine, cream mixer and smashing machine and relevant electric controlling system and work station.
The wafer production line includes KWP27, KWP ?39, KWP-45 and KWP51 types. KWP-45 is well sold in foreign trade.
This production usually uses the raw materials: flour, farina, palm oil, cream (chocolate or fruit jam) etc. They are made into tasted wafer biscuit. And in the sheets different jams are filled, so various tastes wafer could get. The size and thickness of wafer are changeable.
Stainless steel and food-quality materials design meets hygiene requirements of the food industry.
The whole line is controlled by PLC. |
