The products features high purity and max gelation of the gel agar reaches 1500g/cm2 and normal 600-1200g/cm2; the grainsize reaches 60-80. The product is usually used as jelling agent, emulsifier, dispersing agent, expanding agent, flocculant, antistaling agent, biology cultivating base, immune electrophoresis etc.
