Groove shape Mixing Machine is our traditional product. It is widely applied in pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, foods processing factory, metallurgy factory, pasturage, aquatic products. A key target of mixing machine is mixing even. The mill part of machine is axis single oar. The palm angle of single oar is designed very reasonable and skilful. When the single oar rounds, the material will overturn up and down. At the same time, the palm product some power on mixing groove through material. It made the material run and mix even in groove everywhere.
Another key target of machine is that the pressurizing requirements between mix groove and groove wall. It doesn抰 allow remaining medicine powder between sealing ring and bush and re-flow into mixing groove. The machine adopts the sealing method of end-face sealing, adjust seal nut, compensated axis pressure. It is testified to be high efficiency.
The machine adds the timing mix function besides continued mixing, spot-move, automatic discharge functions. It can fix time at random before mixing .It can save cost, and also avoid safety accident.
The outer and jointer is covered with full-stainless steal and attached to requirements of GMP.
