1.Steam heating direct by inner immersion heater or steam heating supply from extra boiler.
2. electricity heating 3pcs electricity heating tube immersion heaters fixed in each water tanks , total power 12kw x 2 , which heat the water generating hot boiling intensive steam shortly inside 2 water tanks.
3. it cooks 48- 60 kg peeled shrimp or fillet in about 5 minutes per load. With an average time of 8 minutes per load including the time to load/unload the trays,
the cooker can be loaded 7.5 times in turn per hour. This makes 450 Kg per unit hour .. heating duration varies based on different sizes or quantity of the cooked seafood or products .
4. it can be attached with stainless steel barrows and extra cooking trays for nonstop cooking on extra charge . each tray loads 2kg-3kg peeled shrimp or fillet or crabs,fish , rice etc.
There are 24 stainless steel trays altogether for free in the cooker.

Total cooking rice capacity is about 84kg to 96kg per hour.
