The capper is most precise part in 3-in-1 monoblock, because the quality of machine is important to running credibility and product quality. The screw capper in our company has strongpoint as follows:
1) It is the main part which controls the stability while capping, we use the advanced technology in the world, integrated the aseptic filling type with practice. In order to improve the stability and credibility of the equipment.
2) It is equipped with in-feed inspection switch on the screw capper; the cap comes out by the fall cap chute and lock-cap cylinder on the dial. To assure not to feed the caps without bottles, decrease the losses of caps.
3) One group of photo-sensor in on the fall cap chute , the capper will shut off and alarm when there is no caps in the chute ,
4) The aseptic water rinsing spray nozzle on the transferred star-wheel between filling part and capping part, in order to wash the residual material on the rinsing bottle neck.
