1)The filler is sole design of ours, under the precondition of hot-filling without material recycle, in order to avoid the block of filling valves and recycling pipeline because of the granulated fiber, improve the filling efficiency. Because the filling valve is aseptic type electromagnetic flow meter controlling one , there is no contact between filling valve and bottle neck during the process of filling , it can resolve the problem of intersectant pollution between the filling valve and bottle neck , moreover , it can assure the taste of products .
2)Adopting the direct connection between UHT and Filling machine, in order to decrease the product pollution. In-feeding pipeline connects the distributor by movement seals, avoids of washing the filling tank in difficultly. The seal in the movement seals adopts BUSAK _ SHAMBAN in American, it is had good reliability.
3)Filling valve is made of AISI316L; the electromagnetic flow meter is imported from Germany.
4)The filling system has the temperature self-control function, which can display and inspect the filling material. It can shut off automatically and alarm, the high-temperature and low temperature alarm can be designed according to the actual requirement.
5)Filling machine has CIP cleaning cup, it can CIP (cleaning) and SIP (Sterilization) the inside and outside which the material flows across in fully.
