Product Name: Biluo Chun
Character: Biluo Chun (Green Spring Snail Tea), one special local tea produced around Tai Lake in Suzhou. Fragrance of Bi Luochun has the nature of flower and fruit, its fragrance strong, its taste heavy and its color bright. So it is labeled as ?precious tea?. Suzhou Bi Luochun Tea is one of the most ten most famous teas in China It is locally known as ?Fearful Incense? due to its strong brew aroma.
Technique: During the Qing dynasty, Emperor Kangxi visited Suzhou and praised the flavor of this aromatic tea. Bi Luochun lives on the Biluo Mountain near Tai Lake, and is collected traditionally in early spring between Tomb-sweeping Day and Grain Rain Day. The technique of collecting leaves is very complex, only the tender tip of used for tea making process, who should be no longer than one inch long and shaped like the tip of a spear. One tin of tea need 60 thousand spears used! It's not surprise that some Chinese teas are very expensive. Next step of making process is to repeat: knead, rub and roll the leaves by hand.
