2 Seeker profile
(1) We are Taiwanese Trader?s proprietorships, invested the factories in Shandong Province for 10 years (There?re 4 factories/companies involved in Industry, Meat&Poultry and so on )
(2) Address of Invested Plants: It?s located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China (Triangle Zone of Beijing-Tianjin City, convenient transport. It covers 8.43acres(3.41hectare),State-owned land certificate is already obtained and available for 50 years, and the plant is accomplished (July,2005-Dec.2005). Around 5000-5500 square metres with complete set of equipment is for mutton&beef processing. The annual product is up to 5000-7000tons.
(3)Market: It is estimated that the plant can put into production in February 2006 (for the first year). Sale for domestic market is 1000 tons, and for overseas market is 1500tons.

4-1The annual product amount is about RMB200 million -250millon(including land, water, electricity, workshop, new equipment)
4-2We?ll offer 30%stock and hope to operate together
4-3Gross profits is about RMB2000/Ton.
