??Chilli Extract is the mixture of red pigment and Capsicum Oleoresin, so its main components are C-capsanthin, Capsorubin and Capsaicin etc. It is dark-red oily liquid, being used as food colorant, as food seasonings, and also as the raw material of producing C-apsanthin.
The product is rich in |?-carotene and vitamin C, protein, amino-acid, possessing the function of health protection.
It is qualified for the international standard of FAO/WHO.
