Nisin R is a formulation of Nisin, Rosemary Extract and Dihydroquercetin to achieve significant synergistic antibacterial effect in inhibiting a wide range of Gram-positive bacteria and delaying the oxidative rancidity of fats used in soups, sauces, cooked sausages, salad dressings and deli salads.
Nisin S is a formulation of Nisin, Sodium Lactate and Potassium Lactate to achieve significant synergistic antibacterial effect in inhibiting Gram-positive bacteria such as Listeria, Bacillus, Clostridium, lactic bacteria used in meat products.
Nisin L is a formulation of Nisin, Cyclodextrin, Sodium Saseinate, Phosphate, Lysozyme and Tea Polyphenols, which has a synergistic antibacterial effect in inhibiting Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria used in milk, soy milk and vegetable protein drink. |
