Every creation comes from the busy kitchen of the restaurant, where all industrial production techniques and machines that replace the hands of the cooks are strictly forbidden. Hands that work in a masterly manner in a world of small, unseen and priceless secrets.
A line of products worthy of its past, resulting from the challenge of those who interpret, in a wise and creative way, the most authentic and genuine delicacies of classic taste, endowing them with an extra something that must be seen, tried and tasted.
Meat, for example, is a reign reign of gastronomic pleasures without equal for richness and variety. In the Marches Region, where the culture of the people is rooted in the countryside, in the pastures and the crops, the primary role of the excellent meat products, both fresh and preserved, like Raw ham, is natural.
After two years of study and research in the kitchen, the first product marked with the "Il Sibillino" brand was created: cooked lamb ham", a Ham born great, for its characteristics of a marked, typically Italia taste, and of the highest quality thanks to the exclusively artisan type preparation. |
