A.A.T. (Agroindustry Advanced Technologies S.p.A.) produces and develops agroindustrial machines with highly innovative processes for the HO.RE.CA sector (Hotels-Restaurants-Catering), with the aim to offer products for the increasing request of healthy-food. AAT was founded in 1998 and has incorporated all agroindustrial activities of the former A.I.D. (Agriculture Industrial Development).
A.I.D. was founded by Dr. Salvatore Torrisi on his return to Europe after completion of a two year post-doctoral program at the Citrus Research Center of the University of California at Riverside AAT is based in the industrial area of Catania with a production and research plant. The company has four commercial branches in Rome, Milan, Germany (Stuttgart) and China (Shanghais).
With the Oranfresh logo, AAT produces and commercializes a broad portfolio of automatic orange juicers, professional centrifugal juice extractor, automatic vending juice machines and other equipment. The highly innovative machines are able to satisfy the healthy food concerned consumers. The machines are commercialized in more than 40 countries in the world among those Japan, USA, Australia, Europe and Italy.
