Since 1992 Western Marine Corp. has built a highly successful, strategically integrated seafood company by providing customers with competitively priced high quality products.
From its establishment, Western Marine Corp. specialized in tuna bait processing and trading. Our satisfied customers are to be found all over the world. Seafood products for human consumption were added to our product range In the mid 1990's to diversify what has become a very extensive Western Marine Corp. investment portfolio.
Western Marine Corp. has numerous strategic investments to support its international operations. Sea Phoenix Ocean S.A. is an ocean reefer transport company which consists of two reefer carriers; each with the capacity to transfer 5,000M/T cargo.
To further extend our product range, in 2005 we established Rongcheng Green Ocean Seafood Co., Ltd. Located in Shangdong, China, the plant occupies 50,000 m2 of land. Rongcheng Green Ocean Seafood Co., Ltd. employs more than 1,000 workers and is equipped with state-of-the-art processing facilities. The product range includes mackerel products, dried squid and other squid products.
We are able to provide an unbroken supply chain from raw material gathering to processing to delivery. In doing so, we are able to better control the cost and the quality from the raw material stage through to the final product. Increased efficiencies mean that we can ensure reliability of supply to customers with consistently excellent products at a lower cost.
