F. Divella Spa has been producing durum wheat semolina for one hundred years and more: we have gone a long way since 1890, when our firm was born.
At the end of the 19th century, the founder FRANCESCO DIVELLA, built the first mill for the grinding wheat in Rutigliano (Bari), a small agricultural town in the centre of the great Apulian plain which has been dedicated to the cultivation of durum wheat for many centuries.
Our main aim has always been to guarantee both the goodness and constant quality of our products for our consumers: this involves all the production phases, producing an un-broken technological chain, driven by the search for the most advanced and best production methods.
Indeed, it is our tradition, experience and technology which are amongst the main ingredients for a production rich in taste and quality. The results obtained have always comforted us thanks to an ever-increasing customer demand, showing that our consumers appreciate our products both for their top quality and their excellent quality/price ratio.
A quality obtained thanks to a careful selection of the best raw materials and by acting with extreme precision and care throughout the various production phases, thanks to optimal hygienic conditions, always respecting our motto of "QUALITY ABOVE ALL", which is at the base of our history and throughout the whole working process.
In accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001.2000 regulations (the quality management system certificate) all our production activities must comply with strict procedures, further strengthening our ties with the ever-watchful consumer. |
