DF Food Processing is part of the Denis Fr¨¨res (DF) Group of companies, which was formed in 1862 in Saigon by the Denis family.
Over the last 50 years DF China has become the sole distributor of the Group's products in China as well as a leading exporter of food ingredients with a particular focus on wild mushrooms.
DF Food Processing has been involved in the trade of morels and cepes from China for more than 20 years.
To further consolidate our leading position in the trade, a processing center was set up in September 2001 in Shenzhen, China.
Registered as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE), we have a total control over the management and the production process. In this modern facility we are able to tailor made our products to the strictest specifications required by our clients.
In August 2003 the factory received from SGS, world's leading verification, testing and certification company, the international food certification HACCP making DF Food Processing one of the first mushroom processing factory to obtain such certification.
Further embarking on the quality path, the factory received in July 2004 the International Food Standard certification (I.F.S) from International Supplier Auditing (I.S.A).
In Sept 2005, we were approved as a Certified Organic Mushroom processor by ECOCERT. |
