Kassatly Chtaura was established nearly three decades ago. Founder, Mr.Akram Kassatly, wanted to produce natural Lebanese products using traditional methods. He invented and started making "jallab", the core brand & today the biggest selling item in the syrup industry in Lebanon. The factory is located in the Bekaa Valley, the hometown of the major fruits and vegetables suppliers.
They gradually expanded the product range with every coming season. The company today produces a wide variety of Syrups and Concentrates, Syrups to Flavor the Coffees, Rose & Flower Blossom water, Fruit Juices (100% Fresh & Natural, 100% Natural Pasteurized, Pure Reconstituted, Nectars & Drinks),Arak, Jams & Preserves, Pickles, not to forget the famous range of Liqueurs & Cream Liqueurs.
Kassatly Chtaura broke the mold by introducing natural apple & grape juice; the first in Lebanon & the Middle East. Kassatly's staff work day & night shifts to secure the product. Apples & Grapes are supplied by the Lebanese farmers & then processed and filled in Kassatly Chtaura bottles. We also introduced a new concept of Image carbonated soft drinks in the Middle East "FREEZ" The product gained great success & is now undoubtedly the latest innovation in the Middle East juice market.
1st of June 2002 was a very big date for Kassatly Chtaura ; as it was the day in which they launched the first local Vodka Mixed Drink, under the brand name "BUzZ", this product has been a huge success in the Lebanese market, sales are still picking up day by day. BUzZ today takes around 40% of the RTD's market against very big international brands.
In Lebanon, Kassatly Chtaura products are sold in large supermarkets, small shops, hotels, universities & schools.
They also export 30% of their products to the United States of America, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Africa, Australia and Asia.
