We are pleased to introduce our self to your company.
Our intension is to present a new product witch is going to become very popular all around the world that you probably already know: the ostrich meat (Halal Food).
The ostrich meat is catalogued like -superior quality meat- due to its proprieties (contents of vitamins, minerals like iron, iodine and phosphorus and low contents of cholesterol).
The animals are feed with natural food, without any anabolic steroids or products that induce growth, the main supply that develop fat is formed by natural pasture.
Besides the care regarding feeding, it is all followed by the appropriate governmental agencies, it's breeding is controlled through microchips and tracking devices.
A strict vaccination and dipping program, which is monitored by qualified vets and the Company as the Directorates of Animal Health and Veterinary Public Health, ensures each bird remains healthy right up to the point of slaughtering on the set date.
Both abattoirs are for the slaughter of ostriches exclusively All slaughtering takes place under the supervision of a team of inspectors from the Brazil Directorate of Veterinary Public Health. They work closely to ensure that international health regulations are met continuously.
The Company has become the second ostrich abattoir ever in the world to receive the international HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certification for food safety. The past few months the abattoir has been monitored by the Ministerio da Agricultura (MAPA) to determine whether it meets certain critical hygienic, tracing and production requirements.
We are able to supply on monthly basis and all our meat is certificated by local sanitary offices. |
