On the 20-th of October 1905 was established the Co-operative Creamery, which on 15 March 1906 repurchased the Creamery from Mrs Jadwiga Von Duszynska, commencing at the same time building of a new object, which after multiple modernisations has been operated up to present day and institutes one part of the complex of today's establishment.
In May 2006 JANA expanded scale of its products by yellow, maturing cheeses, produced in production branch on terrain of Kazimierz Wielkopolski town. Implementation of the newest generation machines and equipment as well as modern technologies in connexion with traditional way of manufacturing, guarantee production of excellent dairy commodities, enjoying recognition vide and vide circle of consumers in the country and on the European Union market.
The scale of the products has been, first of all, fresh articles to which belongs the following: milks, sour-creams, milk drinks, yoghurts, cheese-curds and curds as well as butters, produced with the thought on daily feeding needs of our clients. As the base of our products quality has been observation of principles of good production practice (GMP) and other systems, assuring salubrious quality. |
