The mixing tanks of various kinds are all made of stainless steel SUS 304 or 316, which are widely used in liquid food, chemical pharmacy industries.
The mixing tanks are divided to emulsifying tank, monolayer tank, double-layer tank and jacket tank. The capacity can be 50L-500,000 liters according to customers' requirement.
The double-layer tank has heat preservation function because of its 60mm polyurethane foam, while the jacket tank has the cooling / heating function by an extra miller jakcet. The monolayer tank is comparatively simple, usually used for only mxing and temporary storage.
