Agrocybe Aegerita called the ?Black Poplar Mushroom? as it was discovered growing upon Poplar trees in Japan (Yangi-Matsutake), the Chestnut grows well on deciduous wood debris in clusters.This mroom is cultivated in 1990 in south of China,The cap is small and stem long is over 10cm(dried) ,the color is dark brown-red.

And a strand like tan colour in its elongated stalk. It grows up to an opened veiled size of 180mm, but is best when harvested with the cap closed to stretching up to a size of 120mm. Has a mellow and attractive flavour when young, and a crunchy texture.
