2. 40% with order,
3. 60% before shipment,
4. Deliver goods the period￡o80 days after order.
5. SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF THE PLANTT
The factory send two technical personnel to carry out the supervision work of the installation, commissioning of the plant and training of the operator with regard to production and maintenance of the plant. Purchaser has to bear the cost of air ticket, food & lodging for two persons for a period of 15 days. In additional, Buyer will a daily allowance of US$ 30.00 per technician to be paid in the local currency as pocketing money during their staying in your client?s area.
F. GUARANTEE
The factory (seller) has agreed to provide 12 months Guarantee Period from the date of supply (Bill of Lading) against any manufacturing defects and faulty materials. During this guarantee period any items or parts is found to be defective. It will be replaced by factory (Seller) for Purchaser. It is free of charge. Ware & tare parts and parts damaged by any external cause shall not be covered under this guarantee
