Fruit pulps are a natural product used as an ingredient in the food industry in the preparation of juice, nectar, dairy products, ice cream, baby food and other products. It is made from selected raw material, which first undergoes a heat process to inactivate enzymes, then is sieved, concentrated and pasteurized to produce a sterile product with no added color, flavor, preservatives or other additives.
