Origin:
This wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, typical of Spain
Winemaking:
Directed fermentation gives the wine its typical fruit notes and is followed by a period of barrel ageing for 6 months in new oak barrels.
The complete ageing process lasts from 2 to 3 years.
Tasting notes:
This wine is an attractive ruby red colour with aromas of spice and fruit. Deep, fresh flavours on the palate, with polished tannins.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, game, fowl or cheese. Serve at 16 to 17oC
Alcohol content: 13%Vol.
