Origin:
From the Rueda region, which is known for the quality of its white wines, this wine has been produced by blending the local Verdejo and Viura grape varieties, picked at their optimum point of ripeness.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested at night in order to ensure the maximum fruit concentration possible; the must is macerated at cool temperatures for 6 to 8 hours to extract the greatest possible aromas from the skins. Fermentation is carried out at 16oC.
Taste:
On the nose this wine is full of tropical fruits, pineapples and pear drops, with a touch of green apple. The palate is fresh and fruity with a mouth watering finish.
Food Pairing:
Recommended with salads, seafood or fish. Serve at 8-10oC
Alcohol content: 12,5%Vol.
