Ecological bee keeping starts with the bee accommodation, namely the beehive. Organic bees live in a healthy accommodation made out of wood, hay or straw. Through natural products and pure beeswax they are protected against the influences of the weather. The honeycomb cultivation inside the beehive is promoted in order to maintain the purity of the beeswax. Our beekeepers only wander onto designated ecologically cultivated land with their organic bees. Independent organic control points regularly check both our work methods and our organic honey which we sell under the brand Bio-Biene?. Our beekeepers, their work methods and their bees are also subject to continuous quality controls.
