Koopmanskloof Chenin Blanc 2006
Koopmanskloof Chenin Blanc is a full bodied wine with fresh, ripe fruit flavours and concentrated, lingering aftertaste.
It is made of 100% Chenin Blanc bush vine, which is planted on Loam Sand and Broken Granite against the Bottelary Hillswith an east - west row direction.
It is managed as Dry Land, and sprinkled once towards the end of November or at the beginning of December. The vines yield approximately 6.5 ton/ha.
The grapes are harvested at 22 - 23°B, and fermented with Vin7 yeast inoculant.
This wine can be enjoyed with a variety of seafoods or salads.
