The sicilian sorbet is that tasteful product, with a very fine texture, where every spoon is a mouthful of taste and flavour. It is definitely not crushed ice with syrup, but a blend of ingredients skillfully frozen to the right consistency. Also the production of our sicilian sorbets is home made and follows the tradition. Each of the flavours we offer comes from ancient recepies where can only be found fresh and first choice ingredients: fruits, only fresh and as per season, almonds, hazel-nuts and pistachios from Bronte are toasted by us and then blended with times and temperatures we chose to give taste and flavour to a unique product intended to satisfy and refresh during hot summers.
