Vergers Boiron Citrus
sticks are made of fine
strips of orange and lemon
zests carefully selected,
with added sugar, citric acid
and ascorbic acid.
Defrosting:
?¤ Defrost the product preferably in the refrigerator, then turn the pot to ensure that the sticks are all soaked in the juice. If necessary, leave the sticks to drain for 10 minutes before use.
Storage conditions:
?¤ Store the product at a temperature equal to or lower than - 18??C / 0??F. (see the expiry date on the packaging). After defrosting, may be kept for 7 days at + 5??C or for 3 days at + 10?? C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
