This type of disc centrifuge is used against the new technology that is transesterification for bio-diesel, also called fatty acid methyl ester specialized independent research and development by our company.
Biodiesel is a clean fuel oxygenated with good lubricity, storage, transport and use safely, good antiknock, biodegradable, renewable resource, nontoxic, and combustion safety advantages.
It can be used vegetable oil, animal fat, soap oil and other lipid-foot, swill oil as raw material, through new centrifugal separation process of transesterification and access.
Our company, with the experience of designing and manufacturing in the separating machinery industry, mastered the various sets of separation, filtration technology. Production of such centrifuge can separate the mixture of transesterification efficiently into two parts, the heavy phase is glycerol and methyl, and the light phase is biodiesel. Meanwhile emit a small amount of solid impurities. The entire separation process is a continuous, all closed, and implemented a fully automated PLC control. The design, manufacture and inspection of centrifuge are accordance with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898 strictly. We will do a detailed analysis and testing for the different processes for our customers. Now our companies provide with different models and specifications for biodiesel equipment, which satisfy output of production from 1-15 t/h.
Such disc centrifuge, according to the requirements of anti-explosion, includes 2 types-Ex-general and explosion-proof (E). The customers can choose it by themselves.
