Aromatech develops flavour ranges specially formulated for alcohol-free beverages, available as emulsions, solubles, spray-dried or granulated powders (for instant beverages) according to manufacturing applications and constraints.
We offer complete preparations with texturing, colouring, opalescent, acidifying agents, fruit juices, functional ingredients, sweeteners. Energy and vitamin mixes can also be included in preparations for energy drinks.
The flavours correspond to market trends taking into account local tastes and cultural preferences: fruit/flowers, cola, exotic fruits, dual flavours...
A new flavours range called <<superfruits>> has been developed for juice based beverages. These fruits have in common their antioxidant power and/or vitamins content, a health connotation and a Latin American or Asian origin. This new range meets the actual market trend of more natural & healthy products. Aromatech proposes, pomegranate, cranberry, blueberry, acerola, goji, mangosteen... alones or in original mixes for superfruits concentrates (pomegranate / cranberry, blueberry / acerola).
It proposes also original concepts of vegetables based beverages with the tamarillo / carrot dual taste.
For alcohol-free aperitifs, vermouth and bitter-type notes, fruit cocktails with a note of alcohol have been developed.
