Aromatech develops flavouring compounds for dairy products, tested in real manufacturing conditions to measure temperature and process constraints.
The company has international experience in the fruit preparations for yoghurt. Its presence in China also provides expertise in the milk and butter flavours very popular in this country.
The trend for fruit and pastry notes (lemon/meringue tart, strawberry/ strawberry cake...), first developed for yoghurts, has been extended to all milk products.
