San Miguel is a fully integrated company that grows its own trees, from which it obtains the raw material to be commercialized as fresh fruit and also as processed products (mainly lemon oil, juice, and dehydrated peel). Such integration allows San Miguel to obtain an efficient production process, which is reflected in the client??s high satisfaction. San Miguel is the major Argentine lemon exporter, and together with Milagro exports near 130,000 tons of fresh citruses each year, 70% of which are lemons and the remaining 30% includes tangerines, oranges and grapefruits. Both San Miguel, in Argentina, and Milagro, in Uruguay, have obtained the EUREPGAP (see certificate) and the HACCP (see certificate) certifications, while Nature Choice and BRP certifications have been applied for and are pending.
