The citrus harvest is made MANUALLY by harvesting crews, thus allowing for better controls. During the season, around 4,500 people work in Tucumán and other 700 work in Uruguay (Milagro). The daily harvested volume is approximately 3,000 tons. Every year, the company trains the workers who will harvest our product, giving them the tools and knowledge that they will require to perform their work according to the highest quality, safety and professional standards.
