We have engineered many of these flavors to taste like dairy or "milk" products without containing any dairy or dairy by-products. These include our innovative Soy Delivery System (SDS) and Protein Delivery System (PDS), which work in dairy and non-dairy applications. These flavor systems are ideal for retort, aseptic, and UHT processed products.
