Our range of fromages frais is made at our Sainte-Mère-Eglise site, to traditional methods, from the best milks of the Isigny region. The milk is pasteurised to eliminate any unwanted bacteria and then undergoes a lactic fermentation. We do not add any preservatives or stabilising agents.
