The most effective moisture and oxygen barrier for packaging environmentally sensitive products is a liner constructed from an aluminum foil lamination. Moisture barrier liners incorporate an impermeable layer of aluminum foil to ensure the long-term integrity of a wide variety of environmentally sensitive products, including nylon, Surlyn, EVOH, certain pharmaceuticals and various high value foods.

The laminations available are of foil and metallized polyester.

The film materials used in the manufacture of our IBC liners comply with FDA Regulations 21 CFR 177.1520, CFR 175.105, 177.1390 and CFR 177.1630.

We guarantee that our liners will be constructed from the specified materials and that CDF will not knowingly use materials that are out of specification or could be adulterated.

No additives are introduced during the heat-sealing process.
