David Michael has a long history of supplying the dairy industry, beginning with Mixevan, developed over 100 years ago for use in ice cream.

Our commitment continues today with such diverse activities as an annual feature flavor program and teaching at the Penn State Ice Cream Short Course.

As an outgrowth of working with dairy products, we have developed an expertise in dairy and butter flavor profiles for use in non-dairy applications. Our products in this area include flavors such as milk, cream, dairy, masking and butter.
