Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Picual variety of olive by means of mechanical processes which do not produce any alteration of the oil, conserving the flavour, aroma and characteristics of the fruit that it comes from.

Characteristics of the Product:

A yellowish green colour, and intensely fruity fresh aroma of green grass (lawn, hay), agreeable odour of green blossom, taste of fresh fruit (apple, almond and fig) light in its bitterness and gentle in its bite. Oils obtained from this variety are of very high value and their main organoleptic characteristic is the fresh sweet aroma of fruit.

Of great value for one's health, they possess an acidity of less than 0.4% (stated in terms of oleic acid), they are rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, and they have a high content of monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants. They exert an important preventive activity towards various illnesses such as arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction, high cholesterol, bone decalcification and diabetes.
