The machine is suitable for mixing raw materials of noodles. It is an ideal dough maker assorted to 4-6t noodles production line, also can be assorted to large flaking machine.
*Feature:
The maker is composed of motor body, agitating vane, discharger, drive and control units, etc. The maker makes dough by biaxial vanes at low speed. Its vane spreads as helix below 90 degree with scrapers in ends, which can
scrape the flour on cylinder wall. The door of discharger adopts pneumatic control for quick discharging. The transmission of main power is driven by synchronizing cog belt. Bearing with spherical outside surface is adopted as main axle suspension.
It has artificial dough when mixing flour and water. The dough is loose and even in golden with better slaking. Additionally, it features easy operation, safety, low noise, low consumption, and little dust. It also can be connected to automatic water feeder and automatic water feeder for enclosed automatic operation.
By type, the maker is divided into biaxial single-speed type, biaxial double-speed type (double-speed motor), and biaxial double-speed type (frequency control). In addition, PLC system can be equipped for automatic or manual operation.
