PROCEDURE:
1.- Buyer issues LOI AND BCL from Buyer??s Bank. or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), including full banking information
The NCND agreement must be signed by the Buyer, his mandate and agents involved.
2.- Seller issues the FCO in response to LOI.
3.- Buyer returns FCO Signed & Stamped.
4.- Seller issues Draft of contract. All copies sent via email or fax is deemed as legally binding.
5.- Buyer signs and stamps the Draft contract and send it back to the Seller.
6.- Seller issues the Final Contract to the Buyer .
7.- Buyer open the Financial Payment Instrument (WITHIN THREE BANKING DAYS, BUYER SENDS a
NON-OPERATIVE FFSBLC OR BG FOR TOTAL SCHIPMENT VALUE TO THE SELLERS BANK).
8.- WITHIN 48 HOURS SELLERS BANK SENDS PROOF OF PRODUCTS (POP ) + PB 2%
9.- Shipments starts as per Contract terms.
