Nineteen persons are permanently employed. In the high season, September to December, the staff goes up to eighty people.

Located in the heart of Burgundy, our company is the last one in COTE D'OR specialized in the quality preparation of snails.
Our total production is run in our factory of Chevigny St Sauveur, close to Dijon, C?te d'Or/France
