SunAgro Ltda. is a company that for over 20 years has been dedicated exclusively to processing and commercializing dried prunes.
The industrial plant is located an hour and a half south of Santiago, Chile, in a entirely agricultural zone, where the best prunes for dehydration are produced.
The company's owner, Mr. Braulio Fern¨￠ndez V., is an agronomy engineer and a traditional producer of dried prunes that posses a vast experience in the growing and commercialization of this product as well as the production and exportation of other dried fruits.
The original idea of processing and commercializing his own fruit was rapidly surpassed as a result of the success obtained due to the excellent quality of the prunes and the fulfilment of all his commitments, circumstances that are always recognized by the markets.
It is for this reason that SunAgro Ltda. has grown consistently, positioning itself among the main Chilean dried prunes processors and exporters, with over 1,500 metric tons a year. In order to achieve this volume, SunAgro Ltda. as well as processing its own prunes, processes the harvested fruit of other producers, carefully chosen according to their agricultural management, in order to maintain the excellent standards of quality.
