"LA ERMITA" 1826 (house built by Jandalos in 1826) is located in the village of San Pedro de Rudagüera, at the edge of the Saja river (trout fishing) which crosses very beautiful places and villages with a great architecture. Ultimately, it is a privileged place which makes it possible to take advantage of the nature and of the tranquility of the region in installations which do not clash with the environment ; a rustic atmosphere.
"La Ermita 1826" is a reference of the Cantabrian cooking. Since the Eighties this hotelery offers the housing and the best service of a typical cooking where we can notably taste: Cocido Monta?és (Mountain Potful) and of Colo?os of solomillo (beef) coated with Iberique Ham, without forgetting house desserts, typical of the area.
