The pomegranate juice production process begins long before the harvesting starts. BakuKonserv JSC specialists leave for the pomegranate plantations with the purpose to clear up tree growing conditions. Thorough soil testing is carried out using pesticides and herbicides.
Directly after, harvesting starts as from the end of September. We select only ripe and whole fruits with the high percentage of BRIX.
The most complicated in juice production process is separation of pomegranate seeds from april.
