Cabernet Sauvignon

This 100% varietal wine is prepared in limited quantities at each vintage from selected grapes from our own vineyards. Reserva Boscato Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine, dry, red wine with a clear and intense ruby-red color. The intense bouquet is persistent like that of red fruits and spices. This is a full-bodied, balanced wine with a well-developed tannin structure and a lingering finish.

Serving temperature: 18oC/64oF.

Serving suggestion: Open wine one hour before serving or decant it for 15 minutes.

Food Pairings: Excellent with red meat in well-seasoned sauces, pasta with mushroom sauce, al pesto, or with sun-dried tomatoes, as well as with game and aged cheeses.
