Founded in 1963 in Felino, in the province of Parma, La Felinese Salumi S.p.A. is now one of the leading producers of cured meats in Italy.
La Felinese produces a complete range of cured meats in four production plants, all located in the province of Parma, in the heart of Italy's "Food Valley": three production plants in Felino for the production of cooked hams, mortadella, salame, pancetta, coppa, culatello, and cold cuts, and a plant in Sala Baganza for the production of prosciutto crudo (dry-cured ham).
Our close bond with the territory of Parma is shown by the offer of typical and traditional products: Salame Felino, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, the Specialities of Parma such as Coppa, Culatello, Spalla di San Secondo, and Pancetta are truly unique products that over time have become famous throughout Italy. Alongside these traditional products, we produce prosciutto cotto (cooked ham) and mortadella, which represent over 50% of the range by volume and which the company supports with a highly competitive strategy of marketingand branding.
