Our vinegar company has been operating in the vinegar field since 1962, but its origin derives from the ancient time, from a centuries old experience, handed down from father to son by the vinegar producers of Mantua.
Our vinegar company had several owners; in the sixties Mengazzoli family, who is still managing the vinegar factory, bought it.
Today, on the bases of a long lasting experience, we are still keeping the traditional artisan character of this activity and, exploiting the use of new technologies, we can propose wine vinegars obtained by the natural, slow, traditional fermentation on chips in wooden tuns. But also single-grape wine vinegar of certified Chianti, Cabernet, Merlot, Lambrusco, Pinot Grigio, etc.. obtained through a special fermentation method which maintain the whole taste of the wine inside a gorgeous vinegar.
