Product Description

The various sorts of ripe apples are delivered seperately in bins, checked and sorted. The fruit is washed in a water bath and sent for gentle mechanical peeling that protects the fruit. Then on for a quick spray with fresh water and further sorting by hand. After steam-cooking the apple pieces are filled into tins, pasteurised and stored.
